Parish Self-assessments

The Lord continues to invite the entire Archdiocese of Omaha toward a vision of being One Church: Encountering Jesus, Equipping Disciples, and Living Mercy. Guided by the Holy Spirit, parishes that desire to realize this vision can strive to embody three characteristics of a missional community:

1. Collaborative Leadership
2. A Clear Path of Discipleship
3. A Culture of Generosity

The assessments below will help you to consider how your parish already embodies these characteristics and to identify potential areas of growth. Please consider inviting the following groups & leaders in your parish to take the assessments:

• School Staff
• Leadership Team
• Pastoral or Finance Council
• Ministry Leaders

Archdiocesan staff will be in touch with you after your leaders finish the survey to help you understand your parish results and begin conversations about concrete next steps.
