30:1 Rule of Delegation – Imagine a task that takes you five minutes each day, and multiply it by 250 working days a year. That task takes you 1250 minutes a year to complete. If you invest 150 minutes (30 minutes X 5 training sessions) into teaching someone to do this task, you will save 1100 minutes every year. That is the 1250 minutes you would have spent on the task, minus the 150 minutes you spent training someone. In the long run, you save time exponentially.
