Thanks Jim for doing this interview with Sherry W. I love her and her books and also the Called and Gifted program she began at the Siena institute. It was really helpful to hear you discuss the C&G program and how it opens doors for people who work in ministries at our church. Also how sometimes they don’t even realize what needs to be awakened in them until they do this program. It was good to hear you talk with her about meeting people where their at in their journey of faith. We’re doing the C&G at our parish and know that it’s not us but the Holy Spirit touching the participants hearts and we are only there to help them see their patterns and how God is truly working in their lives. Learning about your Charisms is truly a process and its been great to do it together in our community. It doesn’t just happen overnight! It is beautiful that these supernatural gifts are all for the Glory of God!
This was another great podcast on the C&G! I loved hearing the one with Mandy and Amanda too!
Thanks Vita. I love that so many people in the Archdiocese are beginning to discover their charisms and put them to use for God’s glory and for their neighbors. It is another sign that we are becoming missional communities.
